As a registered Mental Health Counselor, I strive to use my expertise in order to create a comfortable and safe environment for you. Since I started counseling in 2011, my counseling services have helped countless people get through stressful challenges by questioning negative thoughts and understanding the source of specific behaviors and emotional patterns.
I have a wide range of experience working with both neurodiverse and neurotypical children of all ages in a therapeutic setting, as well as in an educational setting, which gives me the unique perspective of a mom, teacher and therapist when it comes to working with kids and adolescents.
Throughout the years I have also counseled countless individuals and couples who battle with everyday life and experiencing life to the fullest.
I make use of a variety of tools, including neuroscientific techniques, play therapy and CBT, as I believe there is no 'one size fits all' solution when it comes to mental heath - it is a team effort where both the therapist and the client commits to doing their very best to get to where they want to be.
